Latch came to us to outsource several pressing problems for their IT department did not want to internally handle and scale.

As Latch scaled and had multiple offices. They needed a consultant onsite devoted to take care of inbound and outbound laptops as part of the on-boarding process. ScaleDesk was able to solve that problem by fielding IT techs with both IT inventory experience and also exposure to mac based environments to execute on the task.

#2: IT office coverage in SF:
Although the main office for Latch is in SF, they also have a thriving SF office that needed both onsite coverage and also remote help for workers outside the time zone. With our help, we found a IT analyst with fitting skills in Mac/Jamf support to be the person onsite at their SF office.
