Is there a trial period?
We do not have any trial period for short term projects. But for long term 6 month-1 year projects, we can do a 1 month trial if conditions permits it.
What kind of projects do you guys handle?
-One time project where the resources needed lies outside of your IT department
-Onsite coverage for an office where part time or full time visits are needed

We have a network of 1700+ IT workers willing to work on all kinds of recurring assignments for your IT team.
What if I want to hire one of your consultants
A flat fee of $45,000 is to be paid to our platform if you want to convert any worker from the ScaleDesk platform to a full time employee. If your contract with us is a contract to hire, then the conversion will be of no cost.
What payment methods are availible?
For smaller contracts less than $5,000, we process the transaction like a subscription via credit card. For larger contracts, we work with invoicing departments with our client companies and send net30 invoices.
