IT helpdesk coverage (onsite/remote)

Help with day to day ticketing and other request for employees either remotely or onsite. Could include onboarding/deboarding.

Services and Deliverables:
• Handle day to to day IT operations and provide end-user support.
• Help with IT projects and IT initiatives.
• Provide support for Onboarding/Offboarding.
• Help to create and update IT processes, procedures and documentation.
• Improve IT efficiency by implementing process automation whenever possible.
• Take an active role in building out and managing Asset Management.
• Provide audit support.
• Provide reports.

Role requirements:
• 1-3 years of Tier 2 support experience for windows and Mac environment
• Familiarity with active directory and adding users to active directory
• Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom experience
• Basic networking knowledge

• Experience with MDMs such as JAMF or Intune
