Managed IT support over Slack/Onsite support
Pathwell Health is a organization helping transform the homecare industry. Their first acquired business is in southern Connecticut with a central office and spread out field homecare workers.
From a shared Slack channel, we were able to provide support to people in their business in a timely manner. We were also able to upgrade their tech infrastructure stack. Previously, they ran services and storage from a costly onsite server with both leasing cost and maintenance cost. We were successfully able to migrate them from Exchange to Google Suites and change their infrastructure to a much leaner, cloud based model, with little reliance on onsite servers.
